What’s a better way to celebrate Christmas than to give back and pay tribute to 2020’s heroes – the healthcare workers – during Jesus Christ’s month?
OLLH celebrated Christmas and bookended 2020 the “Paskong Lourdes” way by opening a donation drive for the benefit of its frontliners who are in need of help, during the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony held on December 1, 2020. With it, “Wish Ko, Para Sa ‘Yo” was launched to find out who among OLLH frontliners could be given assistance or whose wish should be granted through the donation drive’s funds.
In just one month, pledges have been garnered from DONAtion Cruz, the depository of the OLLH community’s pledges of support to its frontliners. Donations were made in the form of either cash or salary deduction (for donors who are OLLH employees).
This 2021, beneficiaries will be chosen from the “Wish Ko Para Sa ‘Yo” letters received through MAILanie Marquez (mailbox). Find out who they are and listen to their stories and wishes by tuning in to OLLH’s Facebook Page or visiting ollh-manila.com.
