Principal Responsibility:
- The primary role of this position is to assist with the needs of the Learning & Development department, work closely with other HROD Departments, and assist Organizational Development efforts. The L&D Specialist will also work hand-in-hand with the Employee Engagement Supervisor, relative to employee developmental efforts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Human Resource Management, or Psychology
- At least 1-3 years of related work experience
