Principal Responsibility:

The HR Manager (Total Rewards) is responsible for managing the compensation function for core services functional groups, as well as overseeing employee benefits programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels.
  • Experience working in highly collaborative settings with multiple levels of stakeholders.
