Principal Responsibility:

• The Head Nurse plans, organizes, and leads the activities within the assigned unit for optimum patient care. He / She is directly responsible for the physical set-up of the unit, structure and other human resources for health care provision. He / She collaborate with other members of the healthcare team in meeting the needs of the patients. The Head Nurse proposes initiatives related to personal and professional growth and development

Position Specifications:

• Must be a BS Nursing graduate
• With at least five (5) years of clinical work experience

Qualifications:

• Must be a PRC Board Passer (Nursing Licensure)
• Must have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate/ID
• Intravenous Therapy (IVT) certificate/ID
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificate/ID
