Principal Responsibility:
- The HR Communications Specialist will be managing internal communications for the Human Resources & Organization Development Division. The candidate is expected to develop communication strategies that will improve employee engagement, as well as communicate initiatives and deadlines to our employees.
- Additional responsibilities would be managing content for internal employee communications, informing employees about company events, and reporting on company milestones, goals, and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in HR Communications or a similar role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
